Dr. Soni Agrawal holds doctorate in Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She has two years of experience in research and teaching. She has more than six years of corporate experience. Dr. Soni has also made publications in reputed national and international journals. She has attended and presented several papers at national and international conferences. Her research interest areas are human resource management, training, organizational behavior, performance management, and offshore outsourcing. She is also an editorial member of African Journal of Marketing Management Research and Business and Management Journal.
