Undertaking by Candidates Seeking Admission at IMI New Delhi

  1. I understand and accept that I have been placed on the admission waitlist by IMI New Delhi. Any admission offer that may be made to me subsequently will be conditional upon availability of seats.
  2. Any provisional admission offer made by IMI New Delhi is based on information provided by me, at various stages of the admission process. Hence admission to the course, made on the basis of the provisional offer and my acceptance thereof, would be liable for cancellation, if the information provided by me in the application form or elsewhere, in support of my candidature, is found to be incorrect or untrue at any stage of the program and fee paid shall not be refunded.
  3. I understand and accept that any provisional admission offer is subject to me fulfilling the basic eligibility requirements of having completed bachelor’s degree in 10+2+3 system, as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in any one of the disciplines and furnishing the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria, including the final result, latest by November 30, 2023. In case I am not able to comply with this requirement, I am liable to be asked to withdraw from the program with forfeiture of the fee paid.
  4. During my entire tenure in this Program, I agree to be governed by the Academic & Administrative Rules & Regulations contained in the Handbook of Information for Students 2023-25, as may be amended from time to time, without any prior notice. As this is a full-time course, I will not pursue any other course of study or occupation during the complete tenure of the program.
  5. I understand and accept that IMI New Delhi will comply with applicable AICTE guidelines regarding Refund of Fees collected from candidates.
  6. Any dispute arising out of a provisional admission offer or in case of cancellation or termination of admission by the Institute or withdrawal by the candidate, would be referred to the Sole Arbitrator at New Delhi to be appointed by IMI New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction for any reference with respect to the above shall only be the competent Court/ courts located in New Delhi only even if you are differently located while accepting this offer/making payment/ raising the dispute etc.
