Dr Andrew Chimenya worked for Malawi Broadcasting Corporation in Malawi for 13 years in the Human Resources Department. He completed his PhD studies at the Institute of Management, the University of Bolton in the United Kingdom in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Malawi, Postgraduate Diploma in International Management from International Management Institute (New Delhi, India) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Manchester in United Kingdom. His fields of research and expertise include business management and development administration. He teaches at the University of Bolton in the United Kingdom.
