V C Agrawal brings over 40 years of professional work experience which includes long stints in large diversified conglomerates in the public and private sectors. He has the experience of working in line functions and HR.

At RPSG Group, V C Agrawal has taken several initiatives to align the People Process with the dynamic growth plans of the Group and businesses.

Before joining the Group, he was Director-HR and Board Member of IOCL. During the tenure, he was also the Managing Director of IBP, a subsidiary of IOCL and Board Member of Chennai Petroleum. V C Agrawal is a Fellow Member of AIMA and a certified CEO Coach. He is a Member of the Board of Governors of IMI, New Delhi, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
