Ph.D. – YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad

Dr. Rahul Sindhwani holds a Post-Doctorate in Operations Management and Decision Sciences from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from YMCA University of Science & Technology, Faridabad. He also holds a Gold Medal winning Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He has previously been associated with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur, Birla Institute of Management and Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, and Amity University, Noida. With more than a decade of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Sindhwani has published research papers in ABDC and ABS ranked journals, including Annals of Operations Research, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change, among others. He is also the editor of five books in the area of Industrial Engineering and Management, published by Springer and Taylor & Francis. 

His teaching interests include Digital Transformation of Supply Chains, Agile Project Management, Generative AI for Managers, and Operations Management.
