Bindu Chhabra  

Dr. Bindu Chhabra is Professor in the area of OB and HR area at IMI New Delhi. Before joining IMI New Delhi, she served at IMI Bhubaneswar for more than 10 years and held the position of Dean-Academic Programme & International Relations. She has also worked in Lal Bahadur Institute of Management, New Delhi and Amity University Noida. She holds a PhD and M. Phil in Psychology with specialization in the area of stress and is JRF-NET qualified. She has over 22 years of teaching, research and industry experience. Apart from her teaching and research experience, she has worked on a couple of projects with CARE and as a Counseling Psychologist with Infosys. She has undertaken various Management Development Programmes with the organizations such as SAIL, NTPC, BHEL, EIL, HPCL, Power Grid, Ministry of Social Defense and various other Government organizations. She has several publications to her credit and has presented papers in various National and International conferences. She has been a recipient of National Education Leadership Award for Best Professor in Human Resource Management.
