Priya  Chaudhary

Priya Chaudhary has done her Ph.D in organisational behaviour from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She is a graduate in business studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of business studies. She has more than seven years of teaching experience as Assistant professor at University of Delhi. She has also completed a minor research project on “Measuring quality of teaching and learning in higher education” funded by University of Delhi. 
 
Her area of specialization is organisational behavior and has work related to organizational culture, creativity, self-efficacy and learning to her credit. She has published research papers in reputed journals like employee relations (ABDC: B), Quality assurance in education (ABS ranked), On the Horizon (Scopus) and others. Her research papers on COVID-19 have also featured on WHO repository of research and are some of the most cited research articles in their domain. She also serves as a reviewer for Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education, On the Horizon and Academy of management conference (2023). She has presented papers in various International Conferences organised by Association for psychological science (USA), International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association (Turkey), among others. She has presented papers at national conferences organised by  IIM Rohtak, IIM Kozhikode and received best paper awards at University of Delhi and Bhartiya vidyapeeth University. Her teaching interests include Human resource management, Organisational Behaviour and HR analytics. She has also taught as visiting faculty at B-schools like IILM, Gurgaon. She was also awarded the Junior research fellowship by the University grants commission.
