I have been working as a business analyst and consultant with EY�s People Advisory Services for the past 4 years, having 3 years of cross-sector research experience previously. I have worked on client engagements entailing aspects of D&I, remuneration regulation, HR Audit, workforce planning, leadership consulting, rem benchmarking, and future of HR. I have also co-authored/ led analysis on thought leadership reports and point of views on talent mobility, D&I, future of reward, future of work and EVP. I will be interested to talk to the batch on how HR is evolving and talent has become the cornerstone of every corporate strategy. Also happy to co-create the module(s) along with faculty to best suit our curriculum�s interests as well as industry relevance.
