I am an economics graduate from SRCC Delhi. I enjoy learning new skills, taking up challenges and meeting people. I majored in Marketing at IMI and joined Dabur where I worked for almost 8 years, in the area of sales, and Brand and Product management across personal care categories, launched new products and variants. I was promoted twice. Some of the brands i managed were homemade, Anmol coconut oil, vatika hair oil,vatika shampoo, himsagar cooling oiI. I also worked at Johnson and Johnson on Savlon and Band Aid . After a short stint I took a break to have my second child. I took up consulting assignments with a few companies as i wanted to devote more time to my kids. A major assignment in this phase was for a company looking to launch organic food products. This involved market research, developing the entire marketing package and setting up a digital marketing platform. I did this for a few years before taking the plunge into entreprership. Three years ago I and my husband joined forces to provide advisory solutions to MSME's. Subsequently,we also got an NBFC licence which allows us to lend to MSMEs. We have set up an online portal to facilitated credit and advisory services to MSME's.
