Globalisation of Research and Development Centre : How GE does it in India” has been awarded as one among 7 final cases in the 2009 Case Study Development Initiative by the Aditya Birla Centre at London Business School.

Completed Global Colloquium on Participant Centered Learning from Harvard Business School, Boston from July 25-August 4, 2010.  

Recipient of UNDP and UNEP grant.  A number of research papers published in national and international journals and paper presentations national and international conferences.   Corporate Trainer in Finance for companies in India.

Completed 3 day Case Writing Workshop from Harvard Business School, Shanghai Centre in January 2011

Barnali Chaklader  

Dr. Barnali Chaklader is a Professor of Finance &  Accounting and Chairperson of Doctoral Programme & Research at International Management Institute, New Delhi. She is a Fellow of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, Ph.D. M.Com and MBA. Before joining IMI, she was a faculty member at IMT Ghaziabad.  After spending about 4 years in industry, she moved into academics.  She has over 20 years of teaching experience at reputed institutes like, IMT Ghaziabad, IIM Lucknow, SP Jain Institute of Management, Singapore, Euromed Management University, France and Kufstein University, Austria. Dr. Chaklader is widely travelled and  has presented research papers at various national and international conferences in various countries and has published a number of research papers in refereed journals.  She has received training in Case teaching method from Harvard Business School, Boston.  She is a corporate trainer and has conducted training programmes in the area of  finance for many public sector and private sector companies. She is a member of Project Evaluation Committee of Technology Development Board, Department of Science & Technology.
