Prof. Sonu Goyal is a Professor of Business and Corporate Strategy. Her research and teaching interests are in the area of Industry and Competitive Dynamics, Managing Innovations, Entrepreneurship, CSR, Managing Change and Behavioral Context of firms. She has done her Ph.D in Strategic Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She is an approved PhD guide from IP University. She has chaired an International Conference on Green Competitiveness for Sustainable Development and has conducted many in-company management development programs for ONGC, NHPC, DOT, CSIR, Power Forum, CSC and Moser Baer as well as open MDPs on subjects such as managing innovation, creativity and problem solving, strategic management, execution skills and organizational effectiveness, leadership, global competitiveness and change management for executives at all levels. She has also been engaged in FDPs on case writing and teaching methodology. She has a rich case writing experience on companies from diverse industries, confronting variety of managerial challenges. She was earlier Professor of Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at IMT, Ghaziabad. |
