Worked for over twelve years in the petrochemical industry and spent the past nine years in teaching, training and consulting. Conducted open and in-house training programs for senior and middle-level executives from leading public and private sector organizations and carried out consultancy assignments for APSRTC, APTDC, APSTC, Department of Industries, GoAP and Government of Andhra Pradesh funded by DFID, UK on a variety of developmental issues. Areas of interest include Services Management, Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management. Member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Institute of Engineers (India) and Academy of Marketing Science.
