She has a diverse 15 years experience of teaching, research and consultancy. In addition to her teaching she has successfully accomplished a number of Organizational Research Assignments, Market analysis and Market potential studies and consultancy assignments for the Government of India, National, International agencies, NGOs as well as reputed Business Houses both Indian and MNCs. Her published research is in the area of Quality of working life, Consumer Behavior and Marketing research. Besides academics and research she also undertakes management programs (Both open and in company) on Marketing Research techniques and applications, Marketing communication and Negotiation skills, Consumer Behavior and Customer Care.

Research and consulting assignments undertaken are as under

 1996

A socio-motivational and cultural profile of women health workers in the Health Delivery System in Delhi. (Project sponsored by I.D.R.C Canada -1996). This included data collection, analysis, interpretation, and compilation of the final project report. Also organised National Seminar on the findings and recommendations of the report and compiled the post – study report.

Conduction, data collection and analysis of A short term survey on MNCs for the management journal Abhigyan ’96

  

1997

A perceptual study on Human Development in India (Project sponsored by Planning Commission of India- 1995). This included data collection, analysis, interpretation and compilation of the final project.

1998-1999

Corporate plan for Central Warehousing Corporation (Delhi ) till the year 2008-2009 .

                                           

1999

A survey to assess the Corporate demand from fresh MBAs. The results of the study were used for course curriculum redesigning at Fore School of Management for the year 2000-2002.

      

2003

Accomplished a Market feasibility study for Hearing Aids.(Danish company)

2004-2005

Currently carrying out a pioneering Market research (NCR) on Organic Products.

2006-2007

Have completed a perceptual study on consumer and retailer’s mall perception.The report writing is underway.

Consumer analysis of foreign vs. Indian chocolates in the NCR. Data collection is over , analysis and report writing underway
